2. System Architect (Code: SAR) (6 to 8 years)
   Skills: ASP.NET, .NET Framework 2.0/3.5, C#, SQL Server 2005, WSS 3.0/MOSS 2007, Design Pattern, AJAX
3. Team Leads (Code: TLD) (3 to 5 years)
   Skills: ASP.NET, .NET Framework 2.0/3.5, C#, SQL Server 2005
4. Developers / Senior Developer (Code: DSD) (2 to 4 years)
   Skills: ASP.NET, .NET Framework 2.0/3.5, C#, SQL Server 2005, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX
5. QA Associate (Code: QAA) / QA Lead ( Code: QAL) / QA Manager (Code: QAM) (Experience 2 to 9 years)
6. Database Administrator (Code: DBA) (3 to 5 years)
   Skills: SQL Server 2000/2005, Oracle 9i, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, DTS/SSIS package creation

Educational Qualifications:

1. BE (Computer Science), MCA, MSc. (Computer Science), MCM, MBA (IT) or equivalent is required
