Experience: 3 - 5 years in Microsoft Technologies and out of which more than 3 years of hands on experience in ASP.Net & C#.
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/EC) or MCA ( Regular Full Time Course )

Essential Skills:
- 3-5 years of software development experience in Microsoft Technologies.
- 3+ years of hands on experience with ASP .NET, C#.
- Experience in MS SQL Server 2000 and 2005.
- Profound knowledge of ADO .NET, XML, XSL, Web services, AJAX etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of design patterns.
- Should be able to capture the user requirements and design the applications.
- Experience in ER Modeling is a must. Candidate should have expert level knowledge in writing complex Stored Procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are a must.
- Good knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation
- Ability to work independently, as well as in team.
Desirable Skills : Experience in developing Distributed Applications using .net.
