- Fire Fighting Technician
- Diploma/ ITI
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of Fire fighting systems
- Should be proficient in making routine adjustments of fire fighting equipments
- Knowledge of operation & day- to- day troubleshooting of addressable fire fighting equipments - Fire Alarm Technician
Experience5 - 5 years

- Around 10 years of experience in maintenance of HVAC Central plants
- Should be proficient in handling maintenance of HVAC, electrical controls, etc.
- Knowledge of operation & maintenance of central plants & controls
- Reviews and updates maintenance procedures of Technicians, making recommendations for improvements - Telephone Technician
- Diploma/ ITI
- Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance of telephones
- Should be proficient in handling routine maintenance of telephones & intercoms
- Knowledge of day- to- day troubleshooting of telecom instruments or networks, etc. - Diesel Genset Mechanic
- Diploma/ ITI
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of DG sets
- Should be proficient in mechanical adjustments in Power Diesel Gensets
- Knowledge of operation & day- to- day troubleshooting of Diesel Gensets - Mechanic General Technician
